First here's my background with both parties. Lay107(Royal Group) paid for a banner over the TFZ section at one time. I was in a head to head 30 day baseball contest last year with Shack where we both posted up $1000 winner take all. I was up on Shack from day 3 and lead big from that point on to the end. The rules stated that all plays had to be in 30 minutes prior to the start of the game. One time Shack posted a play at 12:36. The listed time was 1:05 and the first pitch 1:07. The play lost but three days later Shack cried to the judge that it was a no play since it was put in late. I called Stats inc to have them verify that the first pitch was 1:07. My point on that was he should have said something before the start of the game. He took a free shot at a win. I think the judge cancelled the play for him but don't remember as Shack complained daily.
Another time Shack said after the game that a play of mine was no good because I posted a bad line. We used Pinny's current line for the contest. I then posted a copy of my play with Pinnacle as I actually bet the game along with using the play for the contest. I also showed Shack a log of all Pinny's lines to show him the line was correct.
He argued daily with the judge and 3 days before the contest was over, with me well ahead, said that the contest should be cancelled and refused to make any further plays. The judge, tired of Shack's nonstop complaints and lies, cancelled the contest but only gave me $250 in winnings instead of $1000.
Because I have a history with both parties it's hard for me to determine who's right and who's wrong in the current situation. If it were another player besides a con man like Shack I would think that Royal is just making excuses to delay paying Shack. I know first hand that Shack's a scammer and Royal is accusing him of fraud. This could very well be the case. <HR></BLOCKQUOTE>

Everybody knows you are TIMMY JOHNSON, one of the customer service reps at Royal. You guys have been slow paying alot of people in the last 18 months. There are at least 40 topic i the forums about it. so stop bullshiting.
It seems like the only way to get paid is by posting in the forums, if they dont know about the forums and dont post it here they dont get paid.
